What you'll do 

• Support Global Streaming Technology with the development of key reporting 

• Provide advanced excel skills to enhance our reporting and automation capabilities 

• Ensure all reporting is interactive, creative and accurate to a high quality 

• Learn a variety of different datasets from Clarity, Workday, Jira and more  

• Work Closely with key stakeholders to understand and fulfil their insight needs 

• Assist with the day to day running of the Management Information and Reporting team by providing support for any ad-hoc tasks/projects as and where required 

What you'll bring 

• You’ll be an experienced Analyst and used either Tableau, PowerBI or an Analytics suite 

• Ability and willingness to learn new tools, data, systems and processes 

• Be passionate about Data Visualisations and providing interactive views 

• Worked with finance processes and a strong background with excel (V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, Slicers) 

• Desirable experience or willingness to learn VBA, Macros and advanced calculations 

• Be comfortable at solving problems and working effectively with different stakeholders  

• Worked within a PMO or Planning environment with ability to bring new suggestions to the team 

• Demonstrate attention to detail when managing data; show a passion for data accuracy 

• Work collaboratively as a member of the team to achieve immediate tasks 

• Have strong communication skills, both written and oral

Global Streaming Technology 

Global Streaming Technology (GST) services tens of millions of customers around the world through multiple international streaming services: Peacock across the US; NOW, WOW and SkyShowtime covering nearly 30 markets in Europe; and the soon-to-launch Showmax for c. 50 countries in Africa. The Global Streaming Technology organization brings together engineering and operational talent across the US, UK, Portugal and Czech Republic. The Technology Strategy & Business Operations team strives to make GST more efficient and more successful, through enabling the smooth silent running of the business and transforming how we work together for the better.  

The Strategy and Business Operations Team sit as a central function supporting the day-to-day operational requirements within Global Streaming Technology organisation. The Planning function delivers Resource Planning for 2,800+ staff across GST both at Sky and NBCU. The Management Information reporting team sit within the Planning Team and provide key data/reporting to enable the Planning processes.
