In Finance Delivery we enable Sky to succeed by ensuring we are a cost effective, scalable operation delivering great service in an agile and responsive way. Within the Governance, Change & Continuous Improvement Team we are looking for a PMO Co-Ordinator to perform a vital role in helping to run our Project Management Office (PMO) and support priority projects.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar PMO or Project Support position, supporting project portfolios or projects and with excellent administration and interpersonal skills.

We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in our Watermark office (Livingston).


What you’ll do:

  • Assist the Portfolio & PMO Lead and PMO Analyst to run the Finance Delivery Integrated Planning process (our demand and portfolio process).

  • Help to maintain an overview of all projects and initiatives within the portfolio.

  • Manage communications to and from the Finance Delivery Demand mailbox.

  • Provide project co-ordination and support for priority projects and ad-hoc pieces of work.

  • Support colleagues to adhere to our PMO and project management governance and methodologies.

  • Help to maintain PMO and Programme risk registers and other key documentation.
