If so, then this Process Improvement role could be perfect for you! We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving improvements in our planning processes across the organisation.

What you'll do:

• Support New Product Introduction & new Route To Market activities at Sky

• Conducting review & lead any process improvement activities across Group Planning & Reporting Team

• Manage Marine Insurance Policy for Supply Chain

• Support Group Reporting & Anaplan developments

• Support process mapping for Group Planning & Reporting

• Support the business on special projects and ad-hoc requests

• Establish and enforce data governance practices.

• Monitor data quality and integrity.

• Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Support the delivery and enablement of Planning Centre of Excellence.

• Work closely with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to understand data needs and requirements.

• Provide support and training to staff on data management processes and best practices.

• Assist in the resolution of data-related issues and discrepancies.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes and standards.

• Generate and distribute reports on data quality and usage.

• Track and report on data management metrics and KPIs.

What you'll bring:

• Experience with working within a fast-paced supply chain environment

• Excellent people leadership skills

• Proven track record in process mapping

• Demonstrated experience of working independently in a remote environment

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, ability to identify & sole difficult operational issues.

• Ability to communicate effectively to different levels of seniority within the business

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of industry-specific data standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
