Process Specialist (A2R) - 6 Month FTC

As a Process Specialist of Account to Report (A2R) within Finance Delivery, you’ll be accountable for providing process expertise within a portfolio of transformation projects throughout their lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Providing A2R process expertise during the delivery of transformation projects
• Ensure initial user support, user management, and A2R process changes are conducted to a high standard in a timely manner for excellent user experience
• Support A2R performance improvement and finding opportunities, and driving these opportunities into projects
• A2R process risk understood, with ongoing monitoring, continuous improvement, controls design and review of compliance to policy and process

What you'll bring:

• Strong understanding of the A2R end-to-end process
• Strong partner management across all levels of the organisation, high EQ and outstanding communication skills
• Strong project management skills and an ability to demonstrate the importance of change management and value realisation
• Curious, data driven and desire to consistently improve (and the ability to balance this with the pressure of BAU for the organisation)
