  • Gallery Production: Build and evolve rundowns dynamically in an automated gallery environment, demonstrating strong news judgment and calmness under pressure.

  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with Directors, Graphics, Newsdesk, Executive Producers, and the Senior Producer to design imaginative ways of delivering content.

  • 360 Platform Strategy: Partner with social and digital teams to ensure consistent, highly engaging video output across all digital platforms.

  • Talent & Team Development: Work closely with presenters and on-air talent to set clear expectations, and deliver regular, constructive feedback to the wider production team.

  • Line Management: Manage different program strands—liaising with Deputy and Associate Producers—and identify team development and training needs within the annual PDP review structure.

  • Compliance and Business Priorities: Ensure all output aligns with Sky Sports’ business priorities and culture plans while maintaining a solid understanding of stakeholder relationships and Ofcom/legal responsibilities.

  • Creativity and Innovation: A track record of bringing fresh, creative ideas to live gallery environments and across digital platforms.

  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and staff at all levels and across multiple departments.
