What you'll do

  • As the Product Analyst, you’ll have a key role working between the business and technology teams of the Global OTT team. You’ll be responsible for defining business requirements; scoping product enhancements; supporting procurement and compliance processes; and driving changes to customer service technology and processes across the Sky OTT propositions in the UK, ROI, Austria, Germany, Italy and US, including the EU-wide SkyShowtime and Africa-wide Showmax proposition.
  • Understand the business objectives and requirements across Global OTT, localised team Operations, Digital Help, CRM and Technology teams
  • Work closely with the Service Technology team to support on business process optimisation
  • Work closely with the business stakeholders to triage and verify new work requests for product capability
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and third-party suppliers to carry out translation, translation memory and glossary updates, and to carry to identify and implement improvements and efficiencies across our Telephony, Surveying and Knowledge platforms.
  • Support on platform license procurement, liaising with finance, and tracking of utilisation to oversee planned vs actual cost
  • Support the team in updating a clear roadmap of work, planning a minimum of 6 months ahead in each product owner area
  • Communicate plans, changes and updates to the wider stakeholder network with input from Service Technology team members and the wider team

  • Data Savvy: experience in leveraging data and robust insights to make decisions and recommendations to the Product Owners to improve products for our customers

  • Stakeholder Management: Candidate must have an excellent and proven track record of having established successful business relationships with stakeholders. Evidence of influencing, engaging with, and responding across all stakeholder levels with credibility.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivation by nature to get administrative tasks done and look for process and product improvement
  • Integrity: Willingness to speak up on difficult issues with own opinions, but able to ask for help when required
  • Experience: evidence of working as a product analyst or business process executive ideally with a customer service, digital front end, or customer relationship management (CRM) platform. A second language and/or experience in the translation industry is desirable, as well as experience working in Agile methodologies
  • Technical Skills: Fluency in Microsoft Office tools and other productivity related tools such as Miro, Asana, Jira and Confluence. You have a background which includes exposure to Salesforce as our core service platform.
