The Product Lead is responsible for executing a comprehensive product strategy. This includes defining, launching, and managing products across multiple operators and platforms. You will make magic happen. We love to deliver amazing experiences for our customers whatever device they use, and wherever they are. 

What you'll do

• Drive and contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with global product goals and Sky commercial priorities.

• Act as the primary product interface for Sky, translating Sky’s commercial priorities across our product portfolio into clear inputs for Global Product teams and representing product decisions back to the business.

• Coordinate delivery across a broad, multi-platform product portfolio, defining scope, sequencing and desired outcomes.

• Partner closely with design, engineering, portfolio and commercial teams to deliver scalable, globally relevant product experiences.

• Use data, research, customer insight and product metrics to inform prioritisation, decision-making and roadmap evolution.

• Establish and maintain a strong governance cadence between Product and Sky’s Proposition and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment, transparency and momentum.

• Prepare and deliver concise product updates for senior and executive Sky stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, risks and opportunities.

• Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

What you'll bring

• Proven, hands-on experience in a product management role, with clear ownership of outcomes (not observational or adjacent experience).

• Experience managing senior stakeholders or partners, with the ability to represent a product externally and translate partner needs back into a product organisation.

• Practical experience influencing or owning prioritisation decisions, balancing competing business needs and product constraints.

• Comfortable operating across multiple product areas rather than owning a single feature or vertical.

• Knowledge of the industry and the commercial and operational drivers of a TV or platform operator, with the ability to apply this understanding in a product context.

• Able to engage confidently with technical teams and concepts, even if not deeply technical.

• Proven ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and product/engineering teams.

• Experience handling complex, parallel workstreams and stakeholder demands.
