What you'll do

• Define the chatbot roadmap based on clear commercial rationale and robust analysis or insights with a focus on your product area

• Take ownership for requirements definition and delivery of product enhancements at a central level

• Build NLP and Flow based chatbot solutions for core service journeys and new sales and retention use cases

• Understand the business objectives and requirements across Central OTT, local team Operations, Digital, CRM and Technology teams

• Work closely with the Scrum Team to ensure the best solution is designed to meet our objectives

• Lead development of critical new initiatives around automation, artificial intelligence and continuous process Improvement

• Data Savvy: experience in leveraging data and robust insights to make decisions and recommendations to influence business and product strategy

• Working in a dynamic environment: Enjoys working in an innovative and creative environment. Enjoys task-focused delivery, a fast pace of work and overcoming challenges. Strong multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, and patience in a fluid environment

• Team player and professional attitude: Persistence, resilience and being helpful to others.

• Stakeholder Management: Candidate must have an excellent and proven track record of having established successful business relationships with stakeholders. Evidence of influencing, engage with, and responding across all stakeholder levels with credibility.

• Excellent commercial skills: Able to produce and articulate realistic and deliverable product roadmaps that deliver business value

• Integrity: Willingness to speak up on difficult issues with own opinions, at the same time be humble and be able to ask for help

• Experience: evidence of working as a product owner or lead, ideally with a background which includes exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Ada Bot platform

• Strategic thinking: demonstrate an ability to deliver forward looking product proposals and recommendations to stakeholders based on strong business requirements and product capabilities and new solutions

Your office space

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
