Sky Sports’ Production team has responsibility for content delivery across all our platforms which includes all outside broadcasts in the UK & worldwide as well as internal productions from Sky Studios. The team is responsible for all day-to-day planning, delivery & budget implementation across our varied & award-winning output.

What you'll do:

  • Source, advise and book all advanced travel and accommodation for personnel including flights, hotels and ground transportation, offering vital support to our team of Production Coordinators.
  • Work closely with our Production Teams to provide visa and immigration support, ensuring that all documentation is provided ahead of any travel arrangements.
  • Working with monthly deadlines to reconcile costs across the department and suppliers, overseeing corporate production expenses and management of company credit cards.
  • Management of Pool and Hire Cars (servicing, replacements, repairs, relationships with suppliers, rates, insurance) and administrating motoring offences related to Pool or Hire cars.
  • Work closely with our Procurement Teams at Sky and manage our relationships with external travel stakeholders.
  • Assistance with company audits, regarding Travel and Expense policies.
  • Management and distribution of cash floats and international currency.
  • Training across H&S and safe planning of productions will be provided.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrating enthusiasm & initiative, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently under pressure, consistently delivering accurate results quickly. You should be able to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met in efficient and proactive ways.
  • You should thrive in a constantly changing environment, demonstrating a real desire & aptitude in being able to drive change & continuous improvement. You should have excellent interpersonal & influencing skills to build positive relationships within your team & across departments.
  • Outstanding attention to detail & IT awareness is essential, and a passion for Sport is recommended.
  • Proven relevant experience of corporate travel and expenses coordination, in a sports production environment.
  • Competency using Concur and Ariba systems.
  • Relevant experience of fleet management and negotiation with external suppliers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of international travel and visa application process.
