This role is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse Project and Programme management team working across multiple areas of Global Delivery. As part of our team, you will have a transformational role across the Pay TV Portfolio including managing Channel Launches on Sky Go & NOW. The Pay TV portfolio includes some of Sky’s biggest propositions such as Sky Q, Sky Go and Sky Sports.

What you'll do

• Lead E2E delivery of Projects across the Pay TV Portfolio that impact the GST platform, including channel Launches.
• Lead the planning of projects and initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with delivery teams across product and technology.
• Work and collaborate with Programme, Product, Architects, Analysts and Engineering Leads within the Platform and Client Delivery Teams, to initiate, plan, manage and track deliverables/milestones, maintaining an active Roadmap and ensure that project deliverables are developed and delivered to production as efficiently as possible.
• Have a forward-looking view of how GST resources are being deployed on the roadmap, tracking capacity and highlighting any contention
• Manage the end-to-end view of GST delivery across Pay TV, including milestones, benefits, risks, issues, acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Be capable of chairing workshops with multiple technical and product stakeholders and owning communication of the outputs (actions and key points).
• Work in close collaboration and proactively build strong relationships with all stakeholders including delivery teams
• Be proficient in establishing and maintaining change control protocols.
• Have expertise and experience in establishing governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for governance and delivery of change initiatives, and that align with organisational practice.

What you'll bring

• A track record of delivering technical and business initiatives,
• The ability to maintain a high-level, customer-focused, strategic outlook but get into the detail when an issue requires it.
• Project management and execution skills particularly when applied to agile environments
• The ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business/technology stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems and achieve objectives
• Relevant project management experience, ideally working in a fast paced industry.
• A general understanding of OTT.
