As a key member of the Creative Solutions team, you will take on a crucial role in shaping and executing bespoke content partnerships through branded content, commercials, and product placement. Your work will span across our TV, OnDemand, Digital and social platforms, as well as licensing opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving innovative and market-leading partnerships that deliver impactful results for advertisers, while enhancing revenue growth for the business. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Support the Senior Project Managers with coordinating a cross-department project team including sales, research, legal, compliance, commissioning, production and finance. Providing key support to a campaign from sign off to ‘wrap up’ 

  • Supporting production management with designated creative agencies and internal Sky teams – set expectations for work, co- ordinate creative approvals process, ensure all creative is compliant, confirm budgets, delivery timings and the overall finance process including billing, internal transfers and disputes 

  • Support, and where relevant manage co-ordinating internal teams responsible for the delivery of media ensuring media inventory is reserved and booked and creative assets are delivered on time and to spec 

  • Preparing and communicating project status to internal and external stakeholders in relevant meetings and manage and distribute key project documentation such as status reports, timelines, RACI, PPM contact reports 

  • Preparing Talent and Partnership contracts with support from our legal department for each campaign 

  • Managing the reporting of campaign media deliveries at timings agreed with the client and Creative Solutions Manager upon deal sign-off. Ensuring campaign KPIs are tracked and delivered 

  • Managing the campaign review process – analysing the performance of a campaign in terms of media delivery KPIs as well as the broader production and development process and leading presentation of findings and learnings to stakeholders 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Strong understanding of TV/ Digital/ Media landscape 

  • Experience in a project management role within the media industry, leading and delivering ATL campaigns, social and digital content solutions for advertisers 

  • Stakeholder management skills, experience working collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams, internal and external 

  • A good understanding of media sales terminology and working knowledge of media reporting 

  • Proven ability to self motivate and work independently when required 

  • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques (Agile) and documentation
