What you'll do: 

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. 

• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical teams, and external vendors, to ensure clear communication and project alignment. 

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project outcomes. 

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SMEs, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution. 

• Provide regular updates on project status, deliverables, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes, leveraging lessons learned and industry best practices to enhance future project delivery. 

What you'll bring: 

• Extensive experience managing complex technical projects, ideally within a large organisation or technology-driven environment. 

• Strong understanding of workplace technologies, including IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud solutions, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. 

• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project), with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. 

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to think strategically and manage complex challenges in a dynamic environment. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Our Group Enterprise Technology Solutions team keeps Europe’s biggest entertainment brand running smoothly by providing the digital technologies, tools and systems our colleagues need to work productively and collaboratively no matter where they are. Our team is built around five core capabilities: Enterprise Resource Planning platforms; workplace solutions; enablement and automation; value stream realisation and governance; and transformation and change management. 

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
