What you'll do:

• This is a propositions role, responsible for defining and delivering the future strategy and roadmap for our broadband and mobile business. 

• Proposition strategy – Drive forward development of product and proposition strategies, underpinned by customer, market & competitor insights.

• Product development – Support product development teams with prioritisation and development of roadmap, ensuring delivery of commercial and proposition objectives. 

• Business casing – Develop and test alternative concepts and identify opportunities for growth by working closely with commercial & finance teams, considering both broader business and bottom-line financial benefits and risks. 

• Future orientated – Bring an informed perspective on how the market landscape might evolve in the future and how our business can be best positioned to capitalise.  

What you'll bring:

• Curious mindset – naturally curious about business performance and consumer/market trends and always thinking about what this means for Sky.  

• An eye for detail – willing to dig into the detail to understand Sky’s product and customer performance today and spot trends/opportunities. 

• Big picture storyteller – able to distil a variety of internal and external data sources and research into a compelling story that focuses on the big picture and the right direction for Sky.

• A self-starter/motivator – be comfortable with setting your own priorities in relation to what the business needs and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver your priorities. 

• A critical thinker – able to consider multiple perspectives when thinking about strategy and weigh up the pros and cons of different decisions.  

• Confident communicator – able to articulate your vision and story to a variety of stakeholders clearly and concisely that is supported by insights and stats.  

• Experience using Excel and Tableau.
