"We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sky Business Mid Market Team. You will be part of a highly skilled team who look after the provisioning journey for our Wi-Fi and Ethernet customers. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in Livingston," Kurt Noble

What you’ll do:

  • Provide an outstanding delivery of end-to-end provisioning of Wi-Fi and Ethernet orders
  • Ensure effective and timely communication is maintained with the customer throughout the order delivery process.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations but also ensuring services/circuits are delivered to tight deadlines
  • Proactively raise escalations to resolve delivery issues keeping customers advised of any delays
  • Resolve billing enquiries
  • Support the wider SBC team with delivery of large-scale deployment roll outs

What you’ll bring:

  • Understanding of B2B telecoms products and services
  • Experience in using the provisioning tools required to deliver circuits, e.g. Penfold, VMJ
  • Strong team player with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing workloads and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, along with confidence to build relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams
  • Knowledge and proficiency of MS Packages, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment

Livingston Kirkton Campus:
