What you'll do- This position is with the Platform Control team, whose responsibilities include the quality monitoring of all our Linear, VOD & OTT services
- Your engagement and focus will be on checking Sky’s platforms for content and performance issues and the investigation and reporting of any findings
- You'll be working to a schedule and prioritising your work based on release dates and times
- You will be required to deliver accurate data relating to the assessments you carry out, feeding these into clear and concise reports that action improvements to customer experience
- You’ll help provide insight and functionality testing on new products
- Our objective is to provide trusted reporting and visibility of the impact of issues on the quality of experience for our customers
You will be working for 7 days in the fortnight on site – Mon Tuesday, Friday Saturday Sunday – 12 hours shift include 1 hr lunch. Shifts are: 7 am – 7pm, 11 am- 11pm.

- An excellent work ethic, flexible, detailed, and highly collaborative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to set high standards when it comes to delivering outstanding service
- A proven track record of working in a fast paced and high-pressured, business critical role with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise when working with multiple tasks
- An ability to take ownership for certain areas of work and be proactive with problem solving
- Able to work on a rotating shift pattern that covers 24 hours per day, seven days per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel would be an advantage

Your office space OsterleyOur Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
