Regional Marketing Lead 12 months FTC

A chance to be a part of a dynamic and high impact team, driving fresh thinking and leading in market.  Working into the Head of Customer Marketing for Connectivity, this role will lead a new Regional marketing team consisting of a Marketing Manager and Marketing Graduate.  This new team will deliver Sky Connectivity’s first ever regional marketing strategy and execute unmissable and relevant ATL campaigns in key BB headroom areas across the UK.  

With a significant media budget, you will work with Sky’s new media agency, and top creative agencies to create stand-out campaigns that will shake up the BB market in the UK.

What you’ll do: 

⦁    Deliver Sky Connectivity’s first ever regional marketing strategy and plan – driving targeted growth across our broadband and mobile business
⦁    Work in close partnership with Sky’s media agency and econometrics team to identify the optimal media mix
⦁    Manage and own a considerable Regional media and production budget
⦁    Ensure clear evaluation as we test out messaging, media and campaign phasing
⦁    Lead and inspire a Marketing Manager and Marketing Graduate – creating opportunities for people to develop and thrive
⦁    Ensure creative excellence across all executions; working with commercial to deliver impactful and targeted messages
⦁    Create excellent relationships with Internal & external delivery teams
⦁    Work closely with other Sky product verticals to maximise cross-product ops
⦁    Contribute to the 2026 Connectivity Brand development, sharing learnings, best practise & requirements

What you’ll bring: 

⦁    Knowledge and experience of delivering large budget media campaigns
⦁    Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver ground-breaking work and develop themselves
⦁    Restless energy and a forward looking way of working, creating momentum across multiple priorities and delivering high quality consistently  
⦁    Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders and the ability to build and maintain relationships, confidently lead upwards, negotiate and provide clear feedback 
⦁    Work confidently with data to understand results and optimise campaigns with highly analytical thinking  
⦁    A passion for the customer and helping them to get the most out of their relationship with Sky
⦁    The ability to step up and take ownership of workload without being prompted.

Team overview:     

The Sky Connectivity marketing team is made up of three pillars; ‘Brand & Growth’, ‘Customer & Product Marketing’, and ‘Partnerships’. This role sits within the Customer & Product Marketing team, which is responsible for all targeted marketing campaigns, as well as RTM optimisation and product launches.
