Resource Manager - Sky Creative (FTC)

We’re looking for a Resource Manager to join Sky Creative on a 6-month fixed term contract and be responsible for the efficient resourcing of award winning creative projects, ensuring smooth processes around allocation of work and freelance staff engagement. You will support the teams to deliver engaging content to audiences that intrigues, entices, excites and drives conversion.
You will work closely with senior management, other resource managers, account service, creatives, producers, designers & copywriters to establish a forward resource plan for creative projects and track resource time (actual effort) against agreed budgets (planned effort).

What you’ll do:
Manage resource plans for key projects across the department and build bespoke teams to drive creative excellence. Champion a more efficient way of resourcing, focusing on deeper collaboration across teams.
Monitor team capacity against planned workload, ensuring efficient use of team resource, identifying bottlenecks and escalating risks.
Support the team with agency wide growth and planning.
Communicate program/project updates including key decisions and risks to key internal stakeholders.
Ensure each project is tracked to allocated budget, currency and timelines. Track overall project completion rates, team utilisation and capacity planning across the agency.
Establish and build relationships with external partners/agencies to support business growth.
Conduct talent audits to identify gaps and source talent to support the agencies strategic objectives.
What you’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience in a resourcing function within a creative agency or broadcaster.
A planning/forward thinking approach with critical attention to detail.
A strong analytical, process and methodology background.
Experience of communicating with a range of senior level stakeholders.
Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Experienced with workflow management/project scheduling software.
