We believe in better. And we make it happen.

Better content. Better products. And better careers.

Working in Tech, Product or Data at Sky is about building the next and the new. From broadband to broadcast, streaming to mobile, SkyQ to Sky Glass, we never stand still. We optimise and innovate.

We turn big ideas into the products, content and services millions of people love.

And we do it all right here at Sky.

The Roaming Coordinator plays a key role within the International Roaming team, ensuring accurate processing of roaming-related invoices and purchase orders, timely settlement with partner Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), and strong alignment with contractual and operational requirements. This role supports end-to-end financial and operational workflows associated with international roaming activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes, GSMA standards, and Sky’s commercial agreements.

For this role we offer the hybrid working approach with 2 days a week onsite in Brick Lane office.

What you’ll do:

  • Invoice Validation: Verify and process incoming invoices from partner MNOs and roaming hubs, ensuring they align with contractual terms and service expectations.

  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices against internal systems (Ariba) and roaming agreements (DIOTs, IRAs, K2Rs), escalating any discrepancies to commercial or finance teams.

  • PO Management: Create and manage purchase orders in Ariba, ensuring timely approvals and releases to prevent payment delays.

  • Cash Flow & Tracking: Monitor payment schedules and track outstanding liabilities to support cash-flow visibility and audit requirements.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement) and external partners regarding invoice and PO queries.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all activities conform to internal financial controls, GSMA roaming principles, and Sky’s commercial frameworks.

  • Agreement Lifecycle Support: Provide operational support for the management of International Roaming Agreements, including setup, renewals, and terminations.

  • Contract Accuracy: Validate that commercial rates and commitments are accurately reflected in contracts, system configurations, and final invoicing.

  • Financial Reporting: Assist with tracking roaming costs and budget adherence, supporting monthly reporting and the reconciliation of traffic vs. financial exposure.

  • Process Improvement: Participate in projects to streamline invoice validation and settlement workflows to improve overall operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring

  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with GSMA roaming processes, including: TAP / Data clearing and financial settlement flows

  • Understanding of inbound/outbound roaming principles, wholesale roaming agreements, and charging models

  • Experience working with large volumes of invoices or data

  • Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team

  • Prior exposure to the international roaming domain (advantage)

  • Background in telecommunications, mobile operators, or roaming vendors is a plus (advantage)

  • Experience with GSMA processes or roaming billing environments (advantage)
