Sales Account Consultant

As a Business Sales Executive, you will join a fast-paced and dynamic team focused on selling Sky’s TV and broadband proposition across multiple industry sectors in the UK and Ireland. Your primary responsibility will be driving new business growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and positioning Sky and demonstrating why should be the preferred partner.
What you’ll do:
Generate strong sales leads through engaging conversations, matching TV/Broadband products to customer needs based on business type.
Make and receive calls to convert opportunities into sales, demonstrating ROI where appropriate.
Manage your sales pipeline efficiently to meet customer expectations and progress follow-ups.
Collaborate with contact centre and field teams to deliver outstanding service and support prospects.
Act as a product expert, clearly explaining benefits and selling through multiple channels (Inbound, Outbound, Dialler, WhatsApp, Live Chat).
Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and pipeline activity.
What you’ll bring:
A sales background is a must.
Resourcefulness and be a self-starter, motivated by individual and collective success
Experience of being target driven, taking pride in not just achieving but exceeding targets in placing high-value transactions.
Confidence and an outgoing personality. Great communication skills and belief in both yourself and your products.
Numeracy skills and will be comfortable with numbers and percentages
The ability to manage & influence internal & external partners across a number of different levels
