We are seeking a dynamic Sales Partnerships Manager to join our high-performing team at Sky Business during an exciting period of growth and transformation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in growing our business sales partnerships, working with a passion for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships. With a keen eye for new opportunities, you will also bring strong operational expertise to drive the optimisation and evolution of key processes, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our partners and customers. What you’ll do:  

  • Lead motivate and develop Sky Business sales partnerships ensuring the business and our customers receive a best in class experience 

  • Conduct regular reviews with 3rd party providers, analysing & understanding performance, anticipating & resolving issues, unearthing opportunity and market trends. Where required, manage under performance by 3rd parties 

  • Use customer insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify companywide improvements, identifying solutions and presenting them to stakeholders 

  • Cultivate growth culture within Sky Business by challenging the status quo and identifying new and innovative opportunities 

  • Operate effectively with internal stakeholder network to deliver objectives for client relationships 

  • Ensure Ad hock and regular operational items are fulfilled as per contractual agreements, such as reporting, invoicing and commission, ingestion of data and sales fulfilment. 

What you’ll bring:  

  • A passion for building, maintaining and owning excellent relationships with internal and external partners  

  • Experience managing B2B sales partnerships including but not limited to, contact centre, retail, digital partnerships and operations 

  • A track record of setting up, using and enabling, key performance indicators to drive business performance  

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, with resilience & maturity to face challenges from senior members of the business & deliver a positive outcome 

  • Excellent communication & partner management. Robust experience of shaping strategic relationships  

  • Action oriented with a restlessness to change and improve things for the better

Leeds: 

Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station. There’s plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark. 

You can also blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.
