Sales Support and Bid Manager

Delivering a range of solutions leveraging our comprehensive UK wide network, we have an extensive range of partners and our parent company Comcast Business to meet our customers needs today and into the future.
What you’ll do:
Bid Management
Leading the bid management function, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and risks in current processes and drive structured improvements to help deliver a better customer experience and improve the B2B Win rate.
Ownership of Win Loss reporting and insights gathering, feeding capability gaps into product and props
Develop and implement frameworks to drive successful adoption and minimize disruption.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation
Own the MM Commercial requirements input into new product and props
Support new product launch enablement activities
Sales Support
Provide proactive sales support, including preparing proposals and contracts for customers.
Working with sales preparing and presenting to customers the Why Sky message.
Salesforce accuracy – supporting the business to hit deadlines and MRR targets Pipeline management, Forecasting, Quoting and Processing orders
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, providing accurate and timely information
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, presales and delivery to ensure customers receive best in class service from sales to in life
Define and implement processes to drive a highly focused customer first sales organisation - optimise efficiency of sales team processes and systems and maximise sales, customer engagement
Other Responsibilities
Develop KPIs to ensure projects are delivered on time
Handle customer communications when sales are on the road and escalate issues when necessary.
Working closely with the head of MM on ad-hoc sales related requests
This is a fast-paced environment. We require an individual that is used to meeting tight deadlines and are results driven.

Your office base:
This role is a Field based and involve travel around the UK including regular visits to Sky Offices, including our head office in Isleworth
