We turn big ideas into the products, content and services millions of people love.

And we do it all right here at Sky.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect (PE) you will be responsible for aligning Salesforce Solutions and technologies with business goals and technical requirements.

What you'll do:

  • Assist stakeholders and teams to understand the capabilities of Communications Cloud (Vlocity) and guide team members on techno-functional implementation aspects.
  • Work with stakeholders to design solutions and define and refine requirements for the Salesforce architecture.
  • Understand business requirements and develop solutions using your experience of Salesforce and Omni Studio - specifically using components like OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures and Vlocity Product Console.
  • Support existing and future sales, services, marketing, and ops pursuits by infusing a depth of knowledge around Comms Cloud specific business processes, data requirements, and technical complexities.
  • Establish and provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Create a culture of enablement, working with other leaders in practice to keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including integrations with internal and external systems.

What you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Vlocity and Communications Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce/Vlocity architecture, environment management, release management, source control, and deployment methodologies.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects. Delivering overall solution architectures for CRM applications.
  • Understanding of Vlocity specific custom objects and Communications Cloud specific platform processes.
  • Knowledge of OOTB functionality and the ability to guide developers between using configuration or coding.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of developer, non-technical partners, and executive project stakeholders.
  • Experience working in large Salesforce implementations, particularly with multi-million customer records, will be essential.
  • You'll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground with an architectural mentality, capable of making pragmatic choices to suit contextual pressures and a willingness to constantly re-evaluate as the environment changes.
