Join our dynamic Cricket and NFL Content team as a Senior Assistant Producer, where you’ll help shape creative, high‑quality storytelling across all our platforms. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for sport, enjoys working collaboratively, and thrives in a fast‑moving production environment.

• Create engaging, high‑quality content for all platforms, including features and creative music pieces in partnership with an editor
• Contribute to the development of programme concepts and new ideas
• Build highlights and analysis packages that bring stories to life
• Coordinate replay operations in the studio gallery and on outside broadcasts
• Produce and direct multi‑camera and basic studio shoots 
• Deliver programmes across a variety of platforms
• Research stories, stats, and background information for features and live productions
• Carry out desk‑top editing
• Work closely with digital, social, and Sky Sports News teams to promote content

• Strong passion and knowledge for Cricket and/or NFL (Cricket preferable)
• Experience creating sport content across TV and digital platforms
• Good understanding of multi‑platform production techniques and editing practices
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong script‑writing and editorial judgement
• Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with producers and editors
• Broad sports knowledge, creativity, enthusiasm, and determination
• A self‑motivated approach and strong people skills
