Lead our team of Copywriters who will create informative and engaging content for all communication and learning experiences

What you'll do:

• Working closely across Comms & Learning, CSG and Sky stakeholders to translate business requirements into best-in-class communication and learning content and experiences.
• Work across the design teams to crack creative problems including sub brands for initiatives to overarching creative themes for campaigns.
• Manage the creation and delivery of all time to learn copy and scripting, our monthly learning content we create to support the business priorities and learning requirements.
• Ensure all copy meets the brief and brand tone of voice and is fit for the channel.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and direction to your team to develop their copywriting capability.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities and strong problem-solving capabilities. Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements in face of unexpected and urgent business needs.
• Work with the senior leaders to uphold quality control and adherence to the appropriate guidelines across the business.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leaders to ensure delivery of quality learning products and communication projects are on time and within budget.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in a creative copywriting role.
• Experience of managing others to deliver exceptional outputs and leading a creative team.
• Extensive creative skills, with strong experience of embedding tone of voice/brand presence.
• Ability to interpret briefs and business requirements.
• Proactive approach to working across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset to evolving the creative execution of content.
• Experience working across functions, (i.e. with designers to ensure the visual elements complement the words).
