What you'll do

• Ownership of GRC KPI reporting, including delivery of consolidated GRC metrics, management reporting.

• Analysis of key GRC data, including the cyber risk register, policy exceptions, audit findings and data security reviews and the preparation of reporting as necessary to satisfy Sky’s cyber reporting requirements at both a management and Executive level.

• Undertaking of tasks related to collation and analysis of GRC data, highlighting key trends and inconsistencies to our internal teams.

• Aid in ensuring development of a robust reporting capability.

• Support and assist the GRC team to determine the best way to collate and use our data to report in the most meaningful way.

• Contribute to the thinking on the approach to the reporting solutions required and help shape the offering.

What you'll bring

• A strong data analytical mind with varying skills across MS Office applications, including very strong Excel skills to assess and manipulate large datasets to deliver the relevant insights.

• Ability to manipulate, analyse, and present data.

• Extensive experience in use of visualisation tools, such as PowerBi and Tableau, with the ability to build, publish, and maintain dashboards.

• Experience in SQL is desirable.

• Understanding of relational databases & proficiency in data management.

• Outstanding written and verbal presentational skills coupled with high demonstrable proficiency in presenting cyber governance information and KPIs.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with teams across the organisation.

• Ability to work at pace with attention to detail while delivering under short time constraints.

• Clear business acumen, patience, pragmatism, strong judgemental and problem-solving skills to solve problems and make recommendations.
