Senior Experimentation Analyst (CRO)

Our award-winning Experimentation team exists to maximise the ROI of the product development teams by ensuring that what is delivered has the greatest impact on the customer experience and our business KPIs.  

This is achieved through a data-driven continuous optimisation and improvement program, and a rational process for making decisions about what to develop, alongside supporting a continuous development process using feature flagging.  

We use insight and analytics to uncover problems and opportunities, create hypotheses for improvement, and then run testing and optimisation programmes to validate and realise these recommendations. 

What you’ll do: 

• Support the Product Managers to develop digital experiences using agile methodologies focusing on improving KPIs and customer experience.  

• Implement experiments using Optimizely and support squads on their implementation by ensuring data tracking is set up correctly. 

• Conduct analyses of A/B tests in order to make recommendations for roll-out and wider implementation. ·  

• Own and manage the process of experimentation. Set up, launch and measure optimisation campaigns, co-ordinating other team members for support/governance. ·  

• Communicate experimentation findings to stakeholder group via presentations and reports. ·  

• Maintain a thorough understanding and working knowledge of all relevant data sources and insight tools and their functionality. ·  

• Where necessary, extract and combine data from multiple sources to provide a joined-up view of customer behaviour and intentions. ·  

• Work across multiple teams such as technology, product, analytics, operations and our customer experience centre of excellence.

What you’ll bring: 

• A passion for the customer, ensuring we do what’s right for the customer every time 

• Experience of digital optimisation and experimentation (A/B and MVT testing) tools and process (preferably Optimizely both web experiments and feature experimentation) 

• Proven hypotheses generation and experiment management experience 

• Digital analytics experience, preferably Adobe Analytics,  

• SQL skills would be an advantage 

• Business acumen & strategic thinking 

• Data visualisation and presentation 

• Excellent communication 

• Root cause analysis

Your office base:

Osterley/Leeds/Livingston/Dunfermline

Osterley: 

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers. 

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.  

Leeds: 

Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station. There’s plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

Livingston Watermark House: 

Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston North train station and the town centre. Plus there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
