Senior Manager - Culture and Integration
This role exists to shape the culture Sky needs for the future and ensure our people agenda works as one connected system in support of that ambition.
As Senior Manager – Culture & Integration, you will define the culture priorities that will enable Sky’s strategy and translate them into practical interventions that drive measurable change. Using insight, data and external thinking, you will identify where culture needs to evolve and help create the conditions for colleagues to thrive.
You will also play a key role in connecting the dots across the People agenda. Within the team, you will bring greater alignment across Culture, Talent, Performance and Early Careers. More broadly, you will work across the People team to ensure our priorities, practices and experiences reinforce the culture we want to create.

What you’ll do
- Define and evolve Sky's culture strategy, building on progress to date and identifying the critical behaviours and mindsets needed to deliver business goals
- Lead the delivery and evolution of culture initiatives, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes
- Use colleague feedback, organisational data and external insight to identify strengths, risks and opportunities in our culture, track progress and inform action
- Partner with People Partners and senior leaders to shape and embed culture through priority organisational change and transformation
- Work across the People team to ensure our products and practices (e.g. leader development, joining Sky, performance, talent) consistently reinforce our values, desired behaviours and culture ambitions
- Act as the integrator across Culture, Talent, Performance and Early Careers by supporting planning and alignment, connecting priorities, insights and activity to maximise impact
- Partner with topic leads to bring together insights and create a clear, compelling narrative across Culture, Talent, Performance and Early Careers
- Contribute flexibly across Talent, Performance and Early Careers priorities as business needs evolve
What you’ll bring
Essential criteria:
- Extensive experience in culture, organisational development, or a related People Centre of Excellence (including talent and performance)
- Proven success in developing and delivering culture strategies that translate business priorities into meaningful people outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect business objectives to culture, talent and performance priorities.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, ensuring work progresses at pace with the right sequencing and stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of partnering with senior leaders, building alignment across multiple agendas and driving organisational change.
- Outstanding communication, storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and create compelling narratives
- Strong analytical capability, using data, insight and colleague feedback to diagnose challenges, shape interventions, measure impact and inform decision-making.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience working across multiple people disciplines, including Talent, Performance and Early Careers.
- Experience designing and implementing people initiatives within complex, matrixed organisations.

How you’ll work
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
