Senior Partner Manager

The Senior Partner Manager role is responsible for managing key partner relationships, leading commercial negotiations, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving performance through a Risk and Reward framework. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and the ability to draft precise contracts while aligning partnership strategies with business goals.
What you’ll do:
Manage the commercial and contractual relationships with key Partners supporting the Customer Service Group (CSG), ensuring alignment with Sky’s strategic objectives
Serve as the central liaison for both internal stakeholders and external Partner accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
Lead the negotiation and agreement of KPIs and commercial terms that deliver optimal value for Sky
Coordinate cross-functional input to secure aligned sign-off across all relevant teams
Implement and oversee a robust Risk and Reward framework to drive Partner performance
Monitor, analyse, and govern Partner activity to mitigate risk and maximise operational outcomes
Ensure Partners operate in line with contractual obligations
Take Decisive action where performance or compliance issues arise, including escalation and remediation planning
Conduct due diligence and strategic evaluation of potential Partners to ensure alignment with Sky’s values, goals, and service expectations
Act as a key escalation point for resolving challenges within Partner relationships, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Partners, the wider CSG Planning team, and key internal stakeholders to ensure shared success
Work closely with internal teams to ensure Partner objectives are fully aligned with Sky’s operational goals, customer outcomes, and brand values
Present partnership strategies, performance updates, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
What you’ll bring:
Planning & Operational knowledge: core knowledge of the key elements of the Call Center Planning cycle within an Operational environment
Third party engagement: track record of engaging with multiple 3rd party stakeholders, with Exec level presence
Stakeholder influence: proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, demonstrating interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
Commercial acumen and results driven skilled at developing and embedding outsourced partner performance methodology to drive measurable value
Analytical and structured thinking: ability to interpret commercial terms, assess performance and market insights, evaluate options and recommend clear, risk mitigated courses of action that deliver the best business outcome
Executive communication: confident communicator with exec level presence and impact across all levels, combining strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
Availability to travel: to locations in the UK & abroad
