The Senior Manager of Product Management is responsible for the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Senior Manager will lead a team of product managers to develop innovative products that meet customer needs while meeting financial objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills as well as an understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
What you’ll do:
Strategy and Roadmap: Define and manage a best-in-class Voice and UCaaS vision with underpinning prioritised roadmap that drives Sky Business competitiveness in market.
Investment rationalisation: Prioritise Product initiatives to drive efficiency in technology deliveries and manage the Product backlog to request funding for incremental requirements & features.
New Product Development: This includes developing, launching, and maintaining differentiated hardware & software propositions / solutions, with a leading Customer Experience.
Collaborating with key strategic partners to utilise capability that exists in their portfolios, where investment in growth areas requires insight.
Initiate Product development, from ideation through to deployment, including business case development, rationalising scope/MVP, partnering with tech to work through solution(s) and developing pricing, packaging strategies through to deployment as well as owning e2e Product trial process for NPD.
In-life Product management: Manage existing Sky Business SoHo, Small Business and Mid-market Voice solutions, including strategy alignment, vendor management and feature updates.
Vendor and Partner management: Negotiate contracts and maintain positive vendor relationships to drive continuous innovation.
Ownership of RFP inputs to support sourcing of new hardware and software.
Supporting the supply chain to deliver new processes & forecast demand.
What you’ll bring:
A passion for technology and Customer Experience as a focused self-starter with a positive attitude who can run multiple tasks and projects simultaneously & thrives in a dynamic and complex environment.
Strong experience within Enterprise Voice with the ability to negotiate and convince key stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment.
E2E Product Management experience, with a firm knowledge of best-practice across the Telco industry.
Experience launching new products and increasing profitability, with a focus on Product lifecycle management.
Passion to deliver, with the ability to present, negotiate and on-board Stakeholders at all Levels and at large forums
Ability to think commercially and strategically, with strong analytical and modelling skills & ideally previous experience with P&L accountability.
Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
Ability to make decisions in fast-paced environment and execute at speed
