As a front-line leader across our stores in Parkway Shopping Centre in Limerick and Galway Shopping Centre you will support the retail store teams to showcase our ground breaking products and services to potential new and existing customers. We rely on you to build and inspire your teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and create fans of Sky.
What you’ll do as a Retail Team Leader:
An engaging people leader who inspires their teams to achieve full potential
Ensure your team have the knowledge and tools they need to create an outstanding customer experience
Understand the key customer metrics to optimise the performance of your team through regular feedback, coaching and development
Achieve a balanced and consistent sales and customer experience performance across your area, focused on participation as well as deliverables
Responsible for team productivity through rota management
Understand and take responsibility for the people metrics in your area. i.e. recruitment, people development, performance management, engagement etc
Working as part of a regional team to drive excellent customer experience and achieve regional targets, through sharing best practice
Take ownership to maintain high business standards of the assets in your Region
Take ownership for your own personal development & your own sales performance
What you’ll bring as Retail Team Leader:
Experience within the Retail sector
Have a passion for people leadership, coaching for performance and personal growth
Understanding of commercial KPIs and driving performance
A passion for delivering great customer service
Excellent communication skills
Full clean drivers licence and own transport
