For this role we offer the hybrid working approach with 3 days a week onsite in Osterley campus.
What you'll do:
Help create engaging social media campaigns for Sky Original TV series and films, providing logistical and administrative support including social posting, copy-writing, creative feedback, working with agencies, social community management and reporting, with opportunities to progressively take on more creative responsibility across campaigns.
Support at junkets, screenings and premieres to deliver social content that reaches our key audiences.
Collaborate with teams across the business (Influencer, Marketing, Sky Creative, Sky Studios and more) to help bring to life cohesive Sky campaigns that drive talkability and showcase some of the best entertainment content that Sky has to offer.
Help drive innovation across Film and TV social campaigns, supporting big digital ideas that cut through to target audiences.
Working with external partners including Talent Reps and Production to foster strong relationships and campaigns.
Stay passionate about social platforms, formats and online culture, bringing relevant trends and learnings into our Film and TV campaigns.
Support social listening and community engagement, understanding how audiences and fandoms respond to Sky content and talent online.
What you'll bring:
An intuitive knowledge of what will work well on Social Media and an interest in the evolving social media landscape. Must have a genuine interest and passion for TV and film, as well as wider pop culture.
A confident communicator who can explain ideas, share feedback and clearly present key messages to partners and stakeholders.
A creative thinker who can take an idea all the way through to execution.
The ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear reporting.
Comfortable supporting occasional out-of-hours activity around key launches, live moments or events, with flexibility and support from the team.
Experience working in the Entertainment space, or contributing to Entertainment campaigns whether from a Social, PR, Marketing, Influencer or other perspective.
Proven experience in creating social media content that has driven a high level of engagements.
An understanding and interest in Influencers and online creators.
Experience with a content publishing tool e.g. Sprinklr.
Asset editing capabilities.
Experience working with agencies.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
