Tennis Content Supervisor 12 months FTC

The Tennis Content Supervisor will be responsible for the organisation and communication of incoming tennis content from the WTA and ATP. Ensuring Sky Sports Tennis linear and streaming teams are across schedules and changes, as well as talking the lead on relationships with planning, merchandising and EPG teams.  

What You'll Do: 

• Acting as the central point for Sky Sports Tennis scheduling, Transmission and SPS teams, responsible for making plans and communicating them,
• Overseeing late changes and making sure information is cascaded correctly business wide,
• Working with the ATP/WTA to manage schedules and court allocations to ensure we maximise performance of Tennis on Sky Sports,
• Taking tournament timetables and making wider scheduling decisions,
• Reporting of WTA/ATP content taken, ensuring we’re balanced and can demonstrate that to partners,
• Managing and confirming streaming requirements vs Linear plan, which will drive resource demand - being accountable for managing our resources effectively,
• Leading on linear changes out of hours and at weekends,
• Being responsible for EPG synopses and title management, ensuring details are accurate and reflect the daily order of play,
• Supporting with creative merchandising and UI’s.

What You'll Bring: 

• A proactive nature with the ability to anticipate and identify changes or challenges, reacting quickly and calmly under pressure, 
• Good communication skills and the ability to represent yourself and Sky positively when speaking with internal stakeholders and third parties,  
• Must possess an exceptional level of attention to detail ensuring precision and accuracy 
• An awareness of content workflows, production tools and understanding of scheduling priorities, 
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems under time pressure,
• Candidates need passion, stamina, enthusiasm, creativity, and determination. You should be self-motivated and adaptable – and demonstrate strong people skills,
• A passion for and good knowledge of Tennis,
