The Trading Performance team is responsibility for driving customer and product growth in the right way across all our Sky and NOW products" - Head of Trading Performance & Analytics

What you'll do:

• You’ll be responsible for forecasting subscriber and product growth for a specific business area, focused on innovative products such as Sky Stream or Sky Mobile. You’ll need to refine your methods to reflect new forecasting challenges as our business and the wider market evolves. You’ll also need to communicate your rationale to stakeholders and secure consensus on forecast and targets

• You’ll be expected to deliver performance analysis and data-led insights on our current performance, supporting & challenging our commercial colleagues to identify gaps and opportunities vs our plans and suggesting improvements

• You’ll need to be proactive in identifying potential risks and opportunities and be able to communicate the impact of changes on our delivery against targets

• You’ll continuously review, improve and automate our reporting suite, including both Excel and Tableau based dashboards – creating even more time and space to focus on analysis

• You’ll engage extensively across functions including Finance, Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Analytics, and with our Sky Europe counterparts, developing relationships while using existing knowledge & resources in the Trading Performance team

What you'll bring:

• You’re a highly numerate, analytical and commercially minded individual with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and interpersonal skills. Experience and/or training in Tableau an advantage

• You have prior experience of trend analysis & providing relevant business insights crucial, whilst forecast delivery experience desirable.

• You are a strong, clear communicator who is both comfortable in the detail, but can also simplify complex topics for a wide range of stakeholders

• You have a highly developed curiosity and a genuine dedication to problem-solving

• You’re an organised individual capable of handling your own workload, whilst leading on results and expectations, collaborating across the team

• Experience operating in a fast-paced environment which demands flexibility and team orientation

Our striking Ireland HQ has an A-list location on Burlington Road, walking distance from central Dublin. Grand Canal Dock and Pearse train stations are both around 1.5km away, and we’re a short stroll from the buses of Baggot Street, Leeson Street and Waterloo Road. There’s plenty of parking for cyclists too.
