What you’ll do:
Craft efficient, scalable, and accessible design systems across the digital spectrum, from web banners and emails to landing pages and customer applications.
Develop and document comprehensive design system guidelines and best practices.
Work with the wider design teams across Sky to co-create and maintain a cohesive design systems approach and libraries.
Collaborate closely with the wider Sky Creative colleagues to seek innovative ways to translate business goals and brand vision into tangible designs.
Optimise design performance using data and user testing to maximise impact.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and share your creative ideas.
Stay ahead of the curve by actively exploring new design trends and technologies.
What you’ll bring:
3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on design systems.
Good understanding of interaction design principles, accessibility, front-end development and ad serving platforms
Systematic thinking and problem-solving: You tackle challenges at a macro and micro level across the digital spectrum.
Data-driven mindset: You understand the power of analytics and use insights to optimise your designs.
Proficiency with the latest tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and bonus points for prototyping and front-end development skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills: You work seamlessly with diverse teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for design and a commitment to excellence: You strive for perfection and push creative boundaries.

Sky Creative is Sky’s European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions, Broadcast Creative and Digital Design for multiple partners across our European Markets.
From rebranding Sky Sports to designing key art and creating large-scale ATL campaigns for Sky’s commissions and original productions, we are uniquely placed to offer our people a huge range of exciting and diverse opportunities.

Where you’ll work:
Osterley
Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
On campus you’ll find six subsidised restaurants and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
