VOD Scheduler - Sports (12 month FTC)

What you'll do:- A VOD Streaming Scheduler in Sky Sports performs a crucial role, right at the heart of Sports. Responsible for the planning, curation, and maintenance of all sports digital steams, merchandising pages, as well as schedules for our VOD service and communication to other parts of the business.
- Assist with the creation of Digital and linear On Demand content, editorial imagery and schedules for Sky Glass, Sky Q, Sky+ & Sky Go
- To be involved in the scheduling of Sky Sports content across multimedia platforms at Sky, including Sky Glass / Sky Q / Sky+ homepages, On Demand, Sky Go and You Tube
- To assist with rights management data entry.
- To have a good working knowledge of the Sky Sports channels, the wider sports broadcasting landscape and the technology required to perform your role, On Demand and Digital.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to include SPS, Production, Playout Operations, Presentation and Acquisitions team.
- Ability to work flexibly, including potentially weekends / bank holidays on a shift rotation.

- To be a good team player
- Excellent Knowledge of Sport and a background in television ideally
- Good knowledge of Sky, its various multimedia products and platforms
- Scheduling Experience ideally, including use of scheduling systems
