As Assistant Producer, you’ll support in the production of advertising campaigns across Sky’s portfolio of entertainment, collaborating with multiple producers and stakeholders, encouraging a breadth of learning opportunity and understanding of how Sky works. 

This role is both creative and administrative i.e., briefing creative teams, but also having a firm grasp on the detail of a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have exposure to shoots and/or promos.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist Producers and wider team in the production of high quality 360 advertising campaigns (TV, OOH, digital, press).

  • Work closely with creatives and designers to ensure they have what they need from maintaining team documents, resources and project and budget trackers.

  • Plan and arrange resources e.g., booking edits, audio, grade, both in house and externally, plus voice over artists.

  • Manage the delivery of promos and BVODs to Sky and promos to commercial TV, Cinema and radio, working with Clearcast, Compliance, Mastering, Peach, BBFC, RCC and other companies for seamless upload.

  • Build excellent relationships with the Creative Director and Creatives and work collaboratively with other Assistant Producers.

  • Ensure programme material is available at the appropriate time for editing of trails in conjunction with the creative.

  • Maintain paperwork associated with delivery of trails including compliance, music reporting, delivery paperwork, artists' contracts etc.

  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of a project.

What you’ll bring:

  • Ideally 1 to 2 years’ worth of experience working in a production environment, across shoots and/OR promos.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organised, easily able to demonstrate successful multi-tasking.

  • Demonstrates a flexible and pro-active approach.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/calmly under pressure.
