We’re looking for an Assistant Producer to join our award-winning team at Sky Creative and make below the line adverts (Press, DM, Email, Digital Display, OOH and Social assets) across Entertainment, Sport, Cinema, and NOW.

As Assistant Producer, you will collaborate with multiple Producers and Stakeholders, encouraging a breadth of learning opportunity and understanding of how Sky works.  This role is both creative and administrative i.e., briefing creative teams, but also having a firm grasp on the detail of a project, from scheduling meetings to booking resource and being a central point of communication between Stakeholder, Creative, Resource Management and Studio.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Producers and Senior Producers on larger campaigns – particularly during delivery phase of production whilst owning your own smaller scale campaigns.

  • Create jobs in our internal workflow tool ensuring that placeholder Resource requests, briefing info, timings and job details are always up to date.

  • Manage and book internal and external meetings throughout production process (internal & external reviews, production updates with internal teams etc).

  • Brief creative teams and oversee creative development process ensuring work delivers against brief.

  • Manage stakeholder review process ensuring timings and budget are adhered to throughout the full lifecycle of each project.

  • Ensure that teams are kept across creative and have all the key production and delivery info required.

  • Maintain team documents including resource, project status and budget trackers.

  • Manage the delivery of content to Sky owned and commercial channels through SHs, Media agencies and bespoke processes through Sky Creative.

What you’ll bring:

  • Passion and enthusiasm, with attention to detail, are the top things we’re looking – exposure to a creative agency for example is a bonus, however we’re more than happy to develop and train someone who is keen to learn.

  • Demonstrates a flexible and pro-active approach.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; is calm under pressure.

Osterley

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
