We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to own a defined product area within the transformation of our advertising technology platform, with a focus on front-end user experiences for campaign planning, management, and operational workflows.
This role will be responsible for driving the direction and delivery of their product area, working closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders. The role sits within a wider product structure, with strategic alignment provided by senior product leadership.
This is a hands-on product role suited to someone ready to take ownership of a product area and continue developing their product management capability within a complex, platform-based environment.
For this role we offer the hybrid working approach with 2 days a week onsite in Osterley
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive a defined product area, including roadmap, priorities, and feature development.
- Translate a high-level vision into a clear product direction and actionable roadmap.
- Lead product discovery activities to understand user needs, workflows, and business priorities.
- Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to define and refine features and support delivery.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to shape requirements and improve user experience.
- Develop structured product thinking (e.g. feature canvases, user journeys, problem definition).
- Make prioritisation decisions within their product area, balancing stakeholder needs, delivery constraints, and product goals.
- Ensure alignment between product intent and delivered outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Essential criteria
- Experience working in a Product, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role with ownership of features or product areas
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
- Ability to take ownership of a product area and drive it forward with support from senior stakeholders
- Comfortable developing a concept or vision into a structured product direction and roadmap
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Desirable skills:
- Experience working in AdTech, Media or Broadcast
- Exposure to product discovery practices
- Experience working on front-end or user-facing products
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
