As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated Billing Assurance Analyst to join our team.
As a Billing Assurance Analyst at Sky, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our processes. You will be an essential part of our Assurance team, responsible for analysing data, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues. Your contributions will directly impact the business.
What You’ll Do:
Analyse processes and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.
Identify and resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies in assurance processes and controls.
Manage your workload effectively while balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
Communicate clearly and confidently with senior and third-party stakeholders.
Contribute positively to team dynamics and offer innovative solutions to improve reconciliation processes.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support activities and workstreams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.

Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to think outside the box.
Experience analysing large datasets is desirable.
