Billing Operations Specialist - 12 month FTC

This is an exciting opportunity to Join the CSCO Billing & Collections team as a Billing Operations Specialist, in a full-time seconded position.  As a team we look after reconciling our billing and collections information for all of Sky’s products and services. We are also responsible for pre- billing processes, price increase and Audit support as well as the banking reconciliations. 

What you'll do: 

• Complete accurate reconciliations in line with business controls

• Identify, analyse, and take ownership for issues

• Prioritise personal workload 

• Work both internally and with external stakeholders to improve processes 

• Trend analysis

• Compile accurate management information 

• Build and maintain strong working relationships 

• Participate in other activities in line with business needs

What you'll bring: 

• Great attention to detail 

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications 

• Enthusiasm and proactivity in a fast-paced environment 

• A willingness to grab new opportunities and learn new things

• An affinity with numbers and be able to spot trends and improvements
