“As an Incentive Insight Analyst, you’ll be joining a fast paced and dynamic team, supporting the operation to deliver best in class incentives for their estates” – Head of Incentives

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the operation to gather requirements for new incentive schemes and deliver creative solutions
• Model incentive schemes to ensure they are equitable and fair based on opportunity to earn
• Produce analysis to validate incentive pilots, and in response to Operational changes
• Generate monthly insights that report on incentive performance, drivers of spend and informs change

What you’ll bring:

• You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills and well honed estate knowledge gained through previous experience
• You’ll be passionate about communicating with stakeholders at all levels, able to inform, influence and challenge with conviction
• You’ll have strong planning and time management skills and be able to keep a variety of projects on track at one time
• You’ll have strong technical skills, and be able to tell a compelling story based on what the data is telling you
