As a Change Engagement Analyst, you will work closely with various business areas and subject matter experts to address their communication needs. You will lead the planning, development, and delivery of communication plans for specific functions or projects. Your role will involve working with internal stakeholders to ensure that project and departmental messaging aligns with our employer brand, tone of voice, and style. Additionally, you will provide proactive and dedicated support to stakeholders up to the Director level. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Collaborate with business areas and subject matter experts to advise on communication needs, including messages, audiences, channels, and content. 

  • Work with internal stakeholders to approve and plan project/departmental messaging, ensuring timeliness and alignment with our brand and style. 

  • Lead the planning, development, and delivery of communication plans for relevant functions or projects. 

  • Outline measures to demonstrate the success of communication activities for the relevant function or project. 

  • Provide proactive and dedicated support and advice related to communications to stakeholders up to Director level. 

  • Seek opportunities to improve department and project communications while promoting and maximising existing channels. 

  • Stay up to date with company and industry news, and developments within the communications discipline, applying best practice to our ways of working. 

  • Assist in the development of change management plans and strategies that align with organisational/project goals. 

  • Work closely with project teams to integrate change and communication activities into project plans and timelines. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably with experience in a Change & Communications role. 

  • Creativity in writing and executing communication plans. 

  • Experience with digital communication channels and platforms such as MS Teams/SharePoint. 

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and activities to tight deadlines. 

  • Strong relationship management skills.

Governance, Change and Continuous Improvement (GCCI) sits within Finance Delivery, supporting this business area with portfolio management and project governance.
