This role is an exciting opportunity to join us and work within our TV Strategy Team, influencing the growth and commercial strategy for Sky’s TV Products. 

As a Commercial Strategy Lead, you'll work on the commercial strategy and proposition for Sky Glass; working with the Finance, Group Product, PR, Customer Insights, Supply Chain, Marketing and delivery teams to improve business performance and incorporate learnings into future plans.  

What you’ll do: 

• Helping to set strategic direction for Sky Glass; utilising customer and market insight to define our proposition, pricing and distribution strategy  

• Building robust proposals: designing insight based proposals, with associated business cases and crafting the overall strategy to sell it into the business 

• Roadmap Planning: working with delivery teams, Group Product & Group Supply Chain to coordinate the delivery roadmap and optimum launch timings 

• End to End Delivery: executional delivery of the devised propositions, project managing multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure successful delivery of our new propositions

• Strategic thinker - with an inquisitive mind, comfortable both in the detail and at a high level 

• Commercially astute – experience of analysing, tracking and optimising a set of key KPIs  

• Passion for change – constant focus on bringing new ideas to the table 

• Confident communicator – able to turn analysis into stories tailored to the audience 

• Self-starter comfortable working independently and with stakeholders to meet multiple deadlines  ​
