Want to do the best work of your life? With 24 million customers in 7 countries, make your mark at Europe’s leading media and entertainment brand. A workplace where you can proudly be yourself; our people make Sky a truly exciting and inclusive place to work.

As a Creative Developer, you will be responsible for delivering a high volume of Display banners and Social BAU activity through templates built on the Innovid (formerly Flashtalking) platform, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring all work aligns with Sky Creative’s design systems and technical requirements.

Alongside BAU activity, you will also support bespoke and creative-led campaigns, translating approved designs into interactive, rich media, and custom executions. As part of this, you will collaborate closely with designers during brainstorming and early concept development, helping to manage expectations around what is technically achievable while also finding solutions that maximise both creative and technical possibilities.

You will be required to support and train junior members of the team when needed. Working closely with the Lead Developer, Artwork & Designers, Creative Team, Producers, QA, and the Resource team. You will be expected to build and maintain excellent working relationships to support high-quality delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Use Figma and Photoshop to prepare, export, and optimise supplied design assets ready for development
  • Deliver a high volume of Display banners and Social BAU activity, ensuring accuracy, quality, and performance
  • Create high-impact bespoke campaigns from approved designs, maximising both creative and technical possibilities
  • Support the Lead Developer and wider team
  •  Provide regular progress updates and flag risks or blockers to the Lead Developer, Producers and Resource Team.
  • Help drive innovation and efficiency, contributing to projects that improve templates, tools, processes, and workflows
  • Provide training and day-to-day support to team members, particularly juniors
  •  Offer technical guidance and oversight on more complex banner builds and executions
  • Participate in team meetings, including daily check-ins and weekly stand-ups, as required
  •  Collaborate closely with the Lead Developer, Artworkers & Designers, Creative team, Producers, QA, and the Resource team to ensure successful delivery
  •  Attend stakeholder meetings when needed to support the Lead Developer with technical input, feasibility, and delivery updates

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working within agencies and/or production environments at mid-weight level.
  • Proficient in creating dynamic HTML templates and bespoke builds
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Confident working with ad servers (Innovid/Flashtalking, DoubleClick Studio)
  • Good experience with JavaScript libraries, with a particular focus on animation using GSAP / GreenSock.
  • Skilled in debugging, optimisation, and cross-browser performance
  •  Familiarity with Git / version control is advantageous but not essential
  •  Proficient using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop)
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a high volume of briefs
  •  Demonstrates a high standard of work, with a strong “right-first-time” mindset
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to escalate or collaborate
  • A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
