As the eCommerce Lead – Sky Entertainment, Sports & Cinema, you will be responsible for creating and executing the eCommerce strategy to raise FAME and FOMO for our award-winning content. You will work closely with marketing teams across the business to maximise the benefit we can drive from each launch.

You will oversee successful onsite execution, ensuring our campaigns are managed, given the right visibility across Sky and its partners, and results are analysed for future campaigns.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for developing a robust strategy across Entertainment, Sports & Cinema to ensure relevance and drive excitement across all digital channels.

• Maximise potential of big content moments, delivering innovative ways to improve our performance.

• Responsible for strategy and execution quality of content presentation in Digital, ensuring a seamless, engaging and consistent experience for our customers.

• Ensure end to end alignment across multiple teams across Sky & Partners, presenting one plan that aligns to our Digital KPIs.

• Collaborate across social media & SEO teams to ensure content strategies are aligned, drive brand awareness and traffic into digital channels.

• Stay ahead of industry trends in entertainment & eCommerce to ensure we are exceeding customer expectations throughout our experience.

Team Overview:

DME (Digital Marketing and eCommerce) are responsible for digitally trading Sky and NOW, including Digital Marketing, Performance Trading & Digital Merchandising, Experimentation, Digital GTM and Digital Strategy & Analytics.
