This a unique opportunity to join the NOW Ireland Digital Marketing team on a 12 month maternity cover and work on iconic brands such as Sky Sports and our epic TV content like House of the Dragon and The Last of Us. If you have a passion for performance, this job is for you.

The NOW Marketing department is responsible for building brand awareness, understanding and, ultimately, sales across all of our memberships.  This person will lead our digital team as the Digital Marketing Controller and will be responsible for the planning, performance & optimisation and reporting on a variety of NOW campaigns across digital, social, PPC and organic.  

This person should have a strong digital background and sales focussed mentality.
 

What you'll do:

• Digital Marketing Strategy ownership: Responsible for resource allocation, campaign planning priorities & audience management across our Sports, Cinema and Entertainment Memberships.

• Driving digital marketing campaign performance and optimising in-campaign

• Working very closely with media agency, social agency and PPC agency to hit targets

• Reporting on all digital channels on a weekly basis

• Lead creative delivery for paid and organic digital and social campaigns

• Develop strong relationships with UK / EU marketing teams, working collaboratively as an extended part of the team.

• Lead a team of two passionate digital enthusiasts

• Own Social Policy & Security ensuring all internal guidance & policy actions are known by the team and are cascaded routinely.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in relevant digital marketing

• Experience using & reporting with digital marketing tools, such as Facebook Business Manager, Emplifi & Bright Analytics.

• Strong record of driving performance and hitting targets

• Agency management experience, particularly in the digital space

• Experience in a very fast moving, dynamic business environment, working to tight deadlines and prioritising workload.

• Strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a wider team, with natural leadership abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills as internal & external relationships are key to the role.

• Attention to detail and impeccable organisational skills are crucial.

• Strong reporting and communication skills essential.

• A passion for TV, sports and movies
