Want to do the best work of your life? Make your mark at Europe’s leading media and entertainment brand. A workplace where you can proudly be yourself; our people make Sky a truly exciting and inclusive place to work.

Digital Decisioning is at the heart of decision making and customer treatments across our Digital Estate at Sky. We provide analytics to inform customer growth strategies, create tooling to drive personalised customer treatments and champion test and learn through experimentation for DX. Working in partnership with our Sky stakeholders including Customer Comms, Base Management, Content and Digital and collaborating with the other teams in Sky Data, we have built and successfully deployed intelligence into Sky and are already delivering realisable value into the business.

We gather a very large amount of data on customer behaviours and interactions and following team expansion are looking for data driven individual to drive customer experience and digital enablement.

What you’ll do:

  • Support a wide-ranging implementation of Adobe Target activities across websites & apps using both client-side and server-side techniques.

  • Help build and manage A/B tests and personalisation campaigns, including product eCommerce recommendations, service messaging, loyalty program and tactical promotions.

  • Work closely with Sky’s data science team to enhance personalisation and content targeting based on data modelling.

  • Support and manage stakeholder relationships throughout Sky, including marketing, data and product teams.

  • Work with colleagues across many Adobe core tools, including Target, Audience Manager and Analytics, to deliver personalised experiences to Sky’s customers across multiple channels.

What you’ll bring:

  • Knowledge or experience of Google Cloud Platform products such as BigQuery, database SQL or experience with similar cloud solutions would be desirable.

  • At least one year’s experience working in a Martech/Adtech or data-driven marketing environment.

  • Practical experience of using digital data – ideally Adobe Analytics and Target or a similar enterprise optimisation platform.

  •  Data processing for customer segmentation: SQL is highly desirable, Javascript including Node.js or Python would be an advantage but not essential.

  •  Effective communication skills and the ability to work with technology and product stakeholders.

  •  A keen interest in learning more about data-driven personalisation and the Adobe Experience Cloud.

  • Enjoys task-focused delivery, a fast pace of work, overcoming challenges by careful and swift prioritisation calls.

  • Flair for innovation, thinking out of the box to develop new solution and developing them as a self-starter.

  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, and patience in a fluid environment
