The eCommerce Executive is an exciting role in growing Digital Marketing and eCommerce team. Working in the NOW eCommerce team, this is a unique opportunity to support the planning and delivery of our Optimisation roadmap.

What you'll do:

• As eCommerce Executive, you will deliver the optimisation roadmap for eCommerce sales channels across the NOW business. You will strive to deliver a personalised, customer first approach to our eCommerce activity, derived from performance-based insight and data, leading on initiatives to optimise and improve. More specifically:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders of all levels from around the business to collect experimentation briefs and deliver experimentation and personalisation campaigns.

• Present and share regular experimentation performance updates, with a strong understanding of the activity that led to the performance output.

• Support with the future vision of our journeys, working with the eCommerce lead on ideas to innovate and improve our performance through testing.

• Work with global product teams on requirements for testing, and idea generation, influencing stakeholders to improve our tooling to hit our goals.

What you'll bring:

• To be successful in this role, you’ll be driven by delivering customer first initiatives, with a good understanding of eCommerce principles. You’ll be a team player, striving to approach everything collaboratively. You’ll also have the ability to communicate ideas and results clearly. Specifically, you will have:

• Some experience within an eCommerce or Product function.

• Experience using experimentation tools e.g. Dynamic Yield or Optimizely or similar.

• Some knowledge of performance tools including Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar.

• A love for TV, movies, and sports, with a good foundational knowledge of Sky content.
