As a Digital Product Analyst, you will play a key role within the Software Engineering scrum teams by owning and prioritising key initiative and feature capabilities that will be delivered within the product or tribe domain.
You will be responsible for eliciting requirements into the form of user stories & acceptance criteria whilst prioritising multiple scrum team backlogs with the goal of streamlining delivery, whilst ensuring conceptual and technical integrity.
The Digital Product Analyst will strive to become a subject matter expert within their product &/or tribe domain and will take complete ownership of the analysis artefacts produced to support their scrum team.
You will build strong working relationships with your colleagues who within E2E Analysis, Architecture and Delivery to ensure continuous alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
As a Digital Product Analyst, you will also build and grow a strong working relationship with your scrum team, learning collectively how best to breakdown complex requirements and align to projected delivery plans.
What you'll do:
Drive, support & facilitate elicitation of requirements from business stakeholders, using interviews and workshops.
Identify key stakeholders across the business and technology, and through effective communication develop strong working relationships.
Challenge and ultimately champion the user value and business benefits, ensuring these are met throughout the lifecycle of projects allocated to you.
Provide system and domain expertise to help guide business requirements and support finding the optimal solution to business problems.
Be responsible for the creation and refinement of the product backlog, whereby you will participate in design discussions and agree acceptance criteria.
Take ownership of the requirements through the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including supporting test, defect triage, business readiness, the delivery of business demos and products within their warranty period
Support the Senior Product Analyst in team development activities and initiatives and other team members in both process and content knowledge development.
What you'll bring:
Computer science related honours degree or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
Demonstrable experience working on CRM transformation projects (ideally Salesforce) within the telecoms domain
Demonstrable experience working on digital/UX transformation projects, enhancing the digital expereince of users
Worked in or with agile development teams
Understand the business and systems of the other teams involved in providing the Sky Business service.
Strong analytical skills
Be organised and focused around the project delivery lifecycle.
