Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager within the Talent Acquisition function, this role will work with the in-house Sky and RPO recruitment teams to provide specialised branding and attraction expertise to help drive the employer brand across the Sky Group. It’s an exciting time to join the Sky Employer Brand team as we embark on a new strategy, and you’ll play a vital role in helping us to attract high quality candidates from a range of backgrounds, supporting our D&I ambitions.

As part of the broader TA Strategy team, this role will have a key focus on Employer Brand and our ‘Life at Sky’ digital channels but depending on projects and priorities, may be asked to work in an agile way across the TA Strategy team e.g. in Assessment, Inclusion and Candidate experience as needed. 

What you’ll do; 

  • Act as a champion of the EVP, employer brand assets and tone of voice, ensuring these are used in the correct way by in-house and partner teams  

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure brand and digital campaigns meet the business needs 

  • Design and implement brand assets, tools and compelling social media/digital content that aligns to our brand & attraction strategy, including employee advocacy programmes. 

  • Align brand and digital approaches with the broader D&I agenda to ensure diversity of candidate pipelines 

  • Support the Sky TA events strategy including representing Sky at relevant events 

  • Work with RPO provider to provide input and guidance on attraction tools, content and methodologies 

  • Utilise the most effective and cost-efficient channels to reach a range of diverse candidates 

  • Analyse data and outputs from brand and attraction campaigns and continuously improve processes based on this information 

What you’ll bring;  

  • Employer brand and attraction experience with a track record of delivering brand and attraction projects 

  • Experience of bringing the employer brand to life through innovative, technology driven approaches 

  • Data-driven, with a passion for using data to drive better outcomes 

  • Digital and social content creation skills 

  • Experience of working across several candidate types, demographics and role types for example, experienced hires, executive hires and early careers 

  • Attention to detail and creative skills
